These are animals REPORTED LOST by their owner.  These are not shelter animals available for adoption.  If you have found any of these animals, please contact Ventura County Animal Services at (805) 388-4341 during on-call phone hours so we can help reunite them with their families.    Thank you for caring for someone else’s family member.

NOTE:  Due the large numbers of animals who enter our shelter each day, we are unable to guarantee each lost report is matched against the animals at our shelter. Please continue to watch this website daily.

CAMARILLO ANIMAL SHELTER

The Camarillo Animal Shelter, the main shelter, is located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Counties and houses the majority of animals coming into VCAS.  This location also houses our Administrative Offices and Veterinary Hospital.

Simi valley Animal Shelter

The Simi Valley Animal Shelter is a smaller facility offering many of the same services as the Camarillo Shelter, such as the intake of stray and surrendered animals, pet adoptions, pet licensing, and the reclaim of lost animals.
